Technical descriptions:
- Pini@kay square 50_50mm length from 250 to
350 mm, Briquette density, g/cm a cube 1,1-1,3; humidity 8%;
ash-content 1%; heat emission of 3500-4500 kKal/kg, look a certificate
in attachments;
- cylindrical briquette 80 mm diameter, length 95 mm (a density, g/cm
a cube closeness of a 1,03; humidity 8%; ash-content 1,2%; heat
emission of 3791-4749 kKal/kg) look a certificate in attachments;
- Сhips are designed to optimize the process of smoked meat, fish and cheese. Raw material for our products is a beech wood exceptionally high quality, without the crust, dusted, varying degrees of humidity and disunity - in accordance with the peculiarities of different types of smoke generator.
Proposed chips is drying and sterilization at a temperature of 500°C. Sterilization ensures high microbiological quality and protects the wood chips before entering unwanted bacteria in the smoking chambers.
